This post was written by Primed this morning and I removed it until I could review the susequent posts as well. My intentions were to remove these posts that seemed in violation of Agoracoms rules until a decision could be made on them. In the meantime I see they must have been reviewed by Agoracom and marked as violations. I did not tag these posts as violations when I removed them from the board because my intent was to resubmit them if a review warranted that they should. So, somewhere between this morning and now, the only way I can bring them back, is to provide the link.

To justify my actions, I will explain. This post of Primeds puts out a very negative current and outlook environment for mining in Peru. We have new investors joing this board everyday, and what are they to think when they just bought in and come to read this board and see HIGH POLITICAL RISK portrayed with no other side of the coin offered at the same time for balance. I will tell you what my first impression would be, to sell and get back out as quickly as I can because of the high risk. Even though I have not seen or read the counter, the first impression is usually the most important.

Management and Promo have been working overtime to find new investors and keep our sp up to where its shareholders should be happy until the permits get here. They have done an amazing job so far and the shareholders thats been here for awhile should do their part and SUPPORT their investment, not discredit it!

As moderator of this board, I will do my part, and I hope that is very clear. I have tried the democracy route, but it has become clear to me that I am probably forced to become a "dictator" I am a reasonable person, with high tolerance, but it seems as of late that my tolerance is being tested. I liked the quote "walk softly and carry a big stick".

Having said all this , I am not oblivious to risk, and if its put on this board in a presentable manner, I have no problem with that. I first said when I started this board that bad things about the company as well as good things about the company will be posted here, I remain the same as long as they are supported by fact. Every investor needs to know if there is something really factually wrong with their investment, and this board should be a joining of force if there is.
