I think it was a good post.

The only thing I would like to have seen was proper attribution. Who wrote this report? The source is everything.

Simply saying "Security Brief for Peru prepared on: Feb 3, 2011 3:06:19 PM GMT" is not in itself attribution.

I am not the one who reported the post as a violation. But, I would say without proper attribution a post such as this should be pulled from the forum.
