Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Well, here we go. 2 properties optioned to Inti so far. The Vilcoro and South Rim are still open to be optioned to some company, guess who that may be. Is Lori getting prepared for a future buyout of the Tesoro? When I said I hoped the company would be proactive in this event, this could be the start.
I,m only guessing on this, but, maybe Intigold will be the spin out company of SLI when the Tesoro sale comes. It doesn,t matter if Inti had options on all the other properties in the near future, at the time of a spin out, all SLI properties would be evaluated and Inti shares distributed on a pro rata basis to SLI shareholders. Inti only has 16 million shares out, SLI management is already there and makes this look like the most obvious course to take in event of a buyout.
So, its looking to me that SLI will sell the SLI entity holding only the Tesoro as its asset. A spin out company will hold all the other properties as mentioned above. We also have Santa Elisa, the Peruvian established company, but perhaps its capabilities are limited and cannot/wouldnot hold the other Canadian properties.
In a post a few days ago, I said it looked as so pieces of the puzzle were falling in place, I think this is another piece.
Is this the begining of the end?
or
somewhere in between?
