Lori McClenahan Director President and CEO

of the Company, has extensive legal, financing and administrative experience with junior resource companies. Ms. McClenahan was formerly a stockbroker and a corporate finance associate with C.M. Oliver & Company Limited.

Jamie Rainbird Director

Mr. Rainbird is the company founder and has over 20 years of management experience in the financial and banking industry with several years of public company experience in the junior mining sector as a director and officer. He has also been involved in providing venture capital and mid stage financing to numerous private and public firms with a particular focus on the junior mining and technology sectors. He received a B.A. in Economics from Laurentian University in 1989 and in 1998 he was awarded the Chartered Financial Planner designation by the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning.

Murry Braucht Director

of the Company, brings over 30 years of business and corporate experience to the Company from his background in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Braucht has been instrumental in bringing opportunities and financings to the Company.

Isabel Alves Director

Ms. Alves provides the company a diverse administrative, office management and investor relations background in the junior mining industry, as well as previous financial experience as a transfer and mutual fund manager at Octagon Capital Corporation.

Duncan J. Bain Director

Mr. Bain is a professional geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining industry. He is a current director of several junior mining companies including TSX -Venture listed St. Elias Mines Ltd., and has acted as a geological consultant for various projects in Canada, Mexico, Honduras, and Ecuador. Mr. Bain has also reviewed several gold, silver, base metals, and diamond properties in Canada, the United States, and Central and South America, Saudi Arabia, China, Portugal and Papua New Guinea. Mr. Bain received a B.Sc. in Geology in 1977 and a Ph.D.(Geology) in 2010 from the University of Western Ontario. He is a current fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, a current professional geoscientist of British Columbia and Ontario, a current member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and a “Qualified Person” as defined by NI 43-101.

Kulwant Sandher Chief Financial Officer

of the Company, has over 19 years of international financial management experience in both the public and private company sectors.

Corporate Secretary Tina Whyte

Ms. Whyte is a senior paralegal with over 20 years’ experience in the corporate securities industry, primarily in mining and resource development. Her expertise extends to continuous disclosure and corporate governance related matters, as well as the co-ordination of all matters necessary to successfully conclude a variety of corporate and securities-related dealings including specialized brokerage transactions.
