this is how I see it unfolding. We will take back the rest of the optioned properties and enter into agreements with IGD. Also the other claims we picked up last year, at Tesoro will be optioned to IGD as well. The reason for all of this is I believe that the company when the company sells Tesoro, all the other claims and properties WILL NOT be included in the package. They will be spun out to IGD and we as SLI shareholders will get shares in IGD, in proportion to the number of shares we have in SLI. Most likely we will get something like 1 IGD share for every 100 shares we own of SLI.

Then, and this is the most exciting part, I BELIEVE IGD WILL BE SOLD. Lloyd and Lori want to get out of the business and retire and what a perfect way to accomplish it. Remember Lori will have instant credibility in the mining sector because of Tesoro and companies will be clamoring to get a piece of any property she had a part in. It's happened in the past with,Mckinnon,Fipky etc. and I believe the biggest gold find ever will propel the status of Lori and team into the stratosphere.

So in conclusion I believe we SLI will make us all extremely wealth and as a bonus IGD will make us moderately wealth.
