You mentioned that you checked your RRSP, TSFA and cash accounts and they are all NON Margin accounts. Could any of these accounts (RRSP, TFSA or cash) allow borrowing of shares regardless of if they are margin accounts? When I set my account up I had no knowledge of their ability to do this. I want to make damn sure that i did not unknowingly select a box which could allow the shorters the right to borrow my shares.

Anyone reading this forum should move their shares into accounts that do not allow this to happen.
