I respectfully disagree with you. I own a development company, and when I sell a lot in the subdivision, that does not mean that I have to sell the company and take a residual share so that I can sell the rest of the lots.

All it means is that I have to give the buyer a separate title to the lot he purchased. I guess if I owned the mineral rights to that property, and sold them with the property,---he would own the rights to mine that as well.

As lb7 so rightfully pointed out, it has been said many times by Murry, that we would keep .50 cents per share to develope the rest of the St Elias properties. Thanks lb7.

Soooo- maybe I get it, maybe I don't, --- but I'm willing to bet that Lori is not willing to sell St Elias as a total company-- just a piece of the Tesoro, a 5000 acre lot if that puts you in a better comfort zone.

But WTF do I know---its just my opinion.
