Of course it is akin to winning the lottery.....that is why it is a 'high risk' venture stock.....high risk for potential high return....vs......low risk.....pretty much guaranteed....low return....

Personally...I like the odds better for Tesoro being a winning ticket that LottoMax....as for the BC properties....they are now Havilah....so not relevant to equating value for SLI.
