Or a third possibility: we are not technically in possession of any material information good or bad. I understand this can be a big grey area, defining "possession" of material information. And as far as any PIMA results, they are not 43-101 compliant, therefore she can't release those results good or bad, but they would certainly offer an indication of what's there, pending the official lab results.
