Stock, why would you want shareholders to call Lori if she dose not have a job,as you suggest?   BTW any normal CEO communicates with the shareholders and dose not just wait for shareholders to call.  Lori's Job has been and is to destroy this company and get rid of the shareholders, All Illegal and Always Allowed by the Authorities, Lori would NOT be the CEO of this company if democracy was  ALLOWED!!!
