YOU are the one trying to coerse someone else into calling, why aren't you doing it?

PS the shareholders own the company, no matter what the debt seniority is. And if there's no money, the debt can't be paid, can it?

Or are you expecting shareholders to dip into their pockets and pay the debts incurred by management?

And if so, how can shareholder value be created?
