If you were to call to "find out for yourself", I doubt you would find out much of anything.....not just because of your attitude, but also because of the nature of the situation.

I will tell you that there is nothing in your post that was not considered long before foreclosure was initiated.

Anybody who might be party to the strategy being implemented would certainly not be wise to disclose the company's plans on a public discussion forum.
