Doc,

It seems the elimination of the Series 2 and Series 3 stock shares is a non event, at least for now. Your purchase today may turn out well although I think a drop to the 50 cent range may still occur based on the downward action the last few weeks. I imagine if that happens you will be in a position to add even more shares.
