My understanding is CGNH can remove the NSS Risk Factor from subsequent filings of Form 10k; of course if they do so and such an event occurs that negatively impacts their shareprice, then they have opened themselves up for potential litigation.

As CGNH closed out the Series B stock issued by JAGH in support of their belief in naked shorts conspiring against JAGH; I hope that CGNH will remove this historical risk factor from their next 10k.
