IMO you are correct as regards Dr G's attitude toward the NSS mess he inherited from JAGH. This issue is history and reflective of JAGH, not CGNH. If he could remove the text from past SEC filings I believe he would.
Dr G's decision to pay $4 to shareholders who hold certificates issued by JAGH is conclusive evidence for me anyway of the value he places on this story and his distaste for this issue. Focusing the company on the development of the paramagnetic beads and the POC analyzer is the right course of action and IMO will lead to achievement of a $3 share price by the end of this calendar year.
