Connacher is a growing exploration, development and production company with a focus on producing bitumen and expanding its in-situ oil sands projects located near Fort McMurray, Alberta
Yes Brian I can agree on your statements but What I meant is there is a need for a shift on using energy. For sure it can't go in a very quick way and it wil take time but it could be that now with the crisis things will probably speed up a liitle bit.In Europe companies which are focussing on developments on less energy and enviriomental friendly solutions get support from gpvernments .
I'm not so pessimistic but rather cautious .The support form oil price we could rely on are the Opec if they hold on to their commitmets. They have already said if they will gain on their investments they need a higher price too.So if they do it well they can do something to support the pirce and then we as investors in CLL will benefit too.
Let see what central banks will do in Europe today on rate cuts.+ later this months Opec's decission.
Now chart.
Some positives are
RSI bottoms are higher
MACD is flat but also bottoms are up.
Most important is the line with the red arrow to brake. That should be a very good sign on short term.Despite oil trend was down almost very day this week CLL remains at average around 1.10.
Could we see a rally till end year ?
