BTW some of the comments I have read here and although I am not here very often I do know that the quality of posting here is generally exceptional. I urge people to be a bit more polite and keep this board at AAA. We don't want downgrading by Moodys or Fitch now do we. My suggestion is, if there is some doubt in anyone's mind that some are being very negative please get out your spreadsheets and bury into the numbers yourself. Then you will have a better understanding of where we really stand today. Once you have your spreadsheet it is not difficult to keep updating as things change and as more information comes to hand from management and some of the posters here. Trying different future scenarios also becomes easier and will give a better picture of what is possibe. if you are lazy like me you could also just buy a crystal ball, toss a coin or as an alternative adapt your dartboard with predicted outcomes taped over the numbers.
