BTW in Belgium is the tax rate which is 21 % on most goods including cars.Compared to US car tax which I heard is 6%.Here they knew all about tax rates for our government expenses.

Brian an oil price to that levels seems hard to believe .But I have no trust in stock markets for the long time.Stocks will not be a good place for long time holders but rather for trading .

Many calculations have been made and contradicting predictions too but like Den said we better buy a crystal ball.To much uncertainties in future right now which can effect positive or negative.

Just read an artickle about the bankers who are furious now with the tax rates on their bonusses.These guys have no shame .It's because they could get huge bonusses they were to ambitious to ramp up the figures and playing high risk .
