If the "Special Shareholders Meeting" is being called for purposes of approving any beneficial "goodies" for Management, my negative vote may be counted upon! Goodies and such largesse is a reward for optimum performance. As it will be much too early to know whether Algar is a winner at that early date, my vote would be a resounding NO. Bonuses and added stock options are designed to reward excellence in productive achievement and creating shareholder wealth. Not just Management wealth, So far, how do you feel about the shareholder wealth this Company has created for you to date?
