And to clarify, I've been invested since 2005. I'm reasonably pleased with management, and blame some of the problems on the general economy. But at the same time, steps could have been taken to minimize the impact of the economy, so they're not batting 1.000.

I definitely AM happy with the progress so far, and I like the direction that we're headed. I would even support a small, token award of additional options based on project completion. But those options better be tied to a pretty high exercise price, to reinforce that they will only be useful in the long term with significant appreciation of the stock price.

High priced options, as a vote of confidence, are a good thing. Say $4.50 strike price in 24 months? Let's see how confident management is about the odds of hitting a home run. That gives them time for 2011 full-year results to be discerned, and lots of time for resource upgrades.

Something like that would actually make me quite pleased.
