I will agree with Wolf $4.50-$5.00 , anything more will be a great suprise.

With this price I do expect us to keep some land or zones in the area.

I also think we will be receiving Teck shares mostly if not all.

The dilution for Teck would be small and let's not forget they have about 5 billion and counting in Cash.

ANother positive about CUU, is we know it's coming. Huge upside 4 bagger within a set timeframe.

- Teck could act at any moment

- BFS is still said to be out by the end of this Quarter

- 14 holes still pending in vary interesting locations....
