My guess (that's all), is: $6.00-$8.50..... Schaft Creek & prescribed adjoining Properties. IMHO, End Game Price has already been Ball-Parked & now being finalized based on RE, prelim. data on BFS, TBA Silver Assays & latest Pending Drilling Results.

We could also very likely get Shares of a Spin-Out Company for the other non Agreement Properties.

Just my Stab in the Dark...
