I am hoping there may be an unsolicited offer for CUU after the BFS/ Mine Plan and drill results are released and before the Teck back in, because Teck may want to take its time to mull things over, thinking they are in control. CUU will have to make the offer public, and that may even solicit other offers, but will most certainly start the Teck wheels spinning. For Teck and its partners, the back in is a no-brainer, and so is the additional take-out of CUU's share. Teck will already have to spend its 75% for the mine construction and finance CUU's portion, so why not just take us out for a premium over the other 25%. The problem may be that any unsolicited offer will include all the lands as well, in which case Teck will have to deal with that in their counter offer to CUU. It certainly puts Ernesto in the drivers seat and should result in a ratcheting up of the price quite nicely. I think the (Chinese/ Koreans/Australians -fill in the blanks-I like CIC) would love to have 25% of a polymetallic mine in Canada for the next 70+ years, plus 100% of all the lands surrounding it, which may (probably) contain at least two or more deposits as big as Schaft Creek.

The other option is that Teck backs in right away and offers to buy CUU out. That may also trigger unsolicited offers from third parties who have been watching the development of the Golden Triangle very closely and waiting for solid bankable information on which to act. I think we are in a great position and thanks to Elmer & Co's wheeling and dealing in additional land claims, we are in control. Should be an interesting 2-3 weeks coming up and I have every confidence that us longs will be well taken care of. This is a very unique stock.
