I agree with Vette's response with numbers that all scenarios are catalysts for upward share price movement. But I have to take exception to the 'logical standpoint' espoused by squishybananas. There is no logical reason to expect that the absence of an action that would increase the share price will reduce the share price. Just going by logic and not the market...
