Assuming an attractive positive BFS,
What catalyst? Easy answer. Inherent Value. Highly probable that value is already recognized by other majors some of them signed NDAs. Sure it will still take another company time to turn it into a mine, but so what? These companies are working on mine plans for next 50 - 100 years. Thats where there vision is.
We will have enough time to look at our screens, turn to shout to our wives/husbands, and then Wham! Trust me.
By the way, Teck has to be stewing.
