CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Lets remember that the BFS just starts the clock ticking for Teck
The value of Shaft Creek (pounds in the ground) will not change no matter what Teck backs in for.
It's been said that they could drill Shaft Creek for 20 years and still not reveal the true value.
I believe the drilling results will be the determining factor of the final buyout figure of CUU
not the date of Teck's decision to back in.
I think we have 2 timelines here:
1) BFS release date...120 clock activated
2) CUU For Sale sign goes up...drilling results released,,,lets make a deal time
Just my opinion
