Well, I don't think you do agree with me. Maybe I just didn't express myself well enough. But I suspect I don't have it right either, based on others' posts here, so I won't try again. One thing I'm reasonably sure of; Teck don't have a loophole. BFS triggers the 120 days and Teck has to pick one of the options or decide not to pick at all, but it can't renegotiate. Again, correction welcome.
