I don't think they are indicating another delay here. I get the sense they are trying to optimize the numbers. A little tweeking here and there to produce the best possible numbers. Of course this will take time to do but in conversations with MS and Elmer I was told it will be absolutely out this quarter. The BFS is essentially complete except this extra little bit of fine tuning. When they finish this and Elmer is satisfied they have the best possible results, they will release the BFS.
