After a good sleep, I think if Elmer had real doubts that the FS could be delayed beyond Q1 he would had opened the door and formulate wording in that direction. I think the wording used is more to excuse the past delays than to predict further delays. If I'm not mistaken, this would have been an ideal timing to inform us of another potential short delay. I think, even if retail wont change much to their life, that the attention they put into details actually shows respect toward us in the sense they provide a valid explanation on why it was delayed so much in full words so we can understand.
