Based on my chats with CUU management, TECK does not have a right, but CUU management just thinks it is for the benefit of CUU to have a good relationship with TECK and to ensure that TECK is being informed so that there are no big surprises at the time when TECK is going to have to make a decisson to get it or stay pit.

My question is why would TECK not get both Galore and Sharft Creek in one major deal? What would be the pros and the cons? Any speculation on April 1?
