the whole dividend idea would only work if they went on the TSX, as it would be suited then for bigger portfolio's.... far fetched idea imo as Elmer, David and Ernesto probably want to cash out sooner then later in order to work on there own next projects... i think a lump sum for all shares will be the end of this story.
