Webgogs, I've seen you and a few others mentioning spinco or deals with shares and spinco, buy-out with remainder as spinco, 2-3 spinco/contracts, etc. After trying to find out how these scenarios would play out for us as individual cuu shareholders, I haven't been able to get more than basic information about spinco's in general. When you (or anyone else who can elaborate) have the time, would you mind explaining how this might work out for us in more detail...if there's not a simple buy-out ? Thanks in advance.
