They envision 180k t per day at full capacity. That will take 4 years to bring on line. With the power metrics added in the NPV goes up a lot. Taking us out of the operator/partner equation and selling 1/2 to another company enables them to give us double the last NPV without blinking. Yes, the bottom line is the annual cash flow from the project for all involved but we are not restricted to one operation. This is why the second site was bought. If we can sterilize that then they have room for a mill to the north. It would take 6 years to get in place if they rushed it. It would access all of the north and allow another conveyor system to feed from the upper north east areas. 30-50 miles of main conveyor is entirely possible up there. Snow control is also a factor and we have a handle on that too. All we need is a few of the anomalies to prove up and there, poof, you have a district. The potential easily outruns 180k t per day capacity. But that's not our problem.

I did email the office and Jason for the company line on why we didn't extend pounds north and east. The answers to that email should be illuminating.
