Elmer dodged the question about the mine plan being complete.

Hmm he didn't dodge it he said he was happy to say they're on schedual to complete within the time frame stated.

Here are all the important answers from Elmer:

FEASIBILITY

''clearly we'll try and do it faster than that if we can''

'' but are objective is as soon as we can''

''since then we've implemented daily oversite, weekley meetings and progress reports we also retained several respected mining engineers to get involved in the study because we want to complete this study by mid to late summer.''

TECK

''regular meetings with Teck, they've been very helpful in discussions we've had, we have meetings with Teck whenever there is something to discuss with them, we want to keep them up to date, we want them to be a participant as we go along, our relationship is an excellent working relationship, good to work with them and yes we do keep them up to speed.''

''We have adopted the same approach not only with the First Nations group, but we've also adopted the same approach with the EA, the Environmental Assessment offices of the Federal goverment and the Provincial goverment''

''But I'll reiterate , Teck does not have to wait for the Feasibility study and they don't have to wait for the 120 days in order to make their election.''

''Teck will have a 4 year time limit in which to place the mine into commercial production''

MINE PLAN:

Hi ELmer just one question on the detailed mine plan, I assume that's been completed now ?

''Ah..Yes, we are moving along on the Feasibility study and I'm happy to say that we're on schedual to complete within the timeframe stated''

THE LAND:

''The option agreement we have, that section is not very definitive, this was an agreement back in 2002, and the metrics of the copper industry , the geo-political metrics of the world were really different then, then they are today''

''The key thing is we've been acquiring land, we've been taking up what we believe to be all the favorable land that could host mineralisation, we know alot more today''

DISTRICT:

''prove the potential of the district reason being is that in my opinion large copper producing companies want areas where they can go into and mine for 50,60-70-80-100 years. That's the reason for proving the potential of the district because anything that Copper Fox does to prove the potential by identifying new deposits, even if we stick 3 or 4 drill holes in it..that should add value to Copper Fox and possibly value for anybody who may want to come into the Distrcit and gain a position''

''Program for 2012 = Proving the District''

''As far as putting a value on the District at this point in time that would be almost be impossible to put a value on it. Because obviously it would be subject to a negotiation and if somebody wants an interest in the project ah or the District then clearly that would be the subject of discussion with either Copper Fox, or Teck or whoever else would be there at the time''

NTL

We've had several discussion with BC Hydro regarding the NTL
