"don lindsay ceo of teck has said three times over the last 8 months in public statements that they are content with the projects they already have on hand and in no rush whatsoever to acquire anything. i think thats a pretty strong signal that teck may indeed pass on cuu. teck doesnt need cuu, they have an enormous amount of projects already they can develop"
They have also stated that they consider projects that they have options in to be their projects. They don't consider it an acquisition to act on an option agreement in place.
