They will not accept forming a JV to develop a mine that they must fund with CUU, or its assigns, as the controlling partner

..nor will they accept the possibility of their Liard shares becoming part of a free trading entity upon release of the BFS

..nor will they accept the requirement to complete a mine in 4 years, subject to the management of the JV above

For these reasons, the only question for Teck is do they want the mine, and what are they willing to pay for CUU

...we are owed the BFS in any case
