You're welcome, but they were Mike Smith's words not mine.

What I should add is that we own 1.5% of Liard shares on our own independent of the Teck Agreement shares that are up for grabs. If Teck were to buy us out they would have to buy that portion for whatever market value of 1.5% of the indirect interest interest in Schaft Creek would amount to. Probably that would be quite a lot of money over the years.
