JJ said he heard he is PLANNING to go on vacation on the 26th; I presume it's Dec 26, 2012. So he is still around. Many people will be taking a week or two off during X'mas and New Year anyway, so it's nothing unusual. Most of us have been waiting and waiting and hoping that the liquidity event would happen before then anyway.

It has been more than two months after the end of summer, the long expected BFS release date. If they still need weeks to do whatever they have to do before they wrap up the deal, a NR should be made to inform the shareholders of what is going on (of course, in a way not to jeopardise any deal they are negotiating, if that is the case)! That is something I believe a responsible management should do! JMO
