Because this is a smallcap stock that does not have all information available at all times, and releases information based on legality opposed to trying to get the market to notice since it does not need to get funding from the market and instead can get it internally (EE) - one of the risks associated with small caps in general, and this stock in particular for the second one.

The signing of an NDA which has been discussed - which may possibly be limited to 60 or 90 days (relatively standard), in which case we should hear something very soon or at the least at the very start of next year if they just couldn't speak right now (assuming end of Summer/September it was signed).

I've heard (unverified) that Elmer plans on going on Vacation after the 26th? If that's the case, then we should IMO, hear something sooner rather than later especially if he won't be around to field calls while on vacation later on.
