Well said + I think someone who does'nt intend to trade should not refresh the live quotes constantly and try to emphasis on other things.. Stickin to every day to day movement leads to too much frustration these time around. Keeping some distance and not requestionning your DD help the days pass in much better mood. The Clock will start soon. Not much we can do about it...
