I'm confused with this:

"Most people dont realize this but it appears each liard share is worth between $20 to $30 per share according to how much money cuu paid for minimal shares of liard. Imho, those liard share transfer to cuu are worth more than meets the eye, and to re-iterrate, i belive we will have something before feb 4. I dont know what price tech will pay to take us out, but i think it will be at least 3 bucks, ..."

If each Liard share is worth between $20 to $30 per share, how can we settle for a buyout price of $3 per share from Teck for SC and letting Teck keep the Liard shares? Seems to me we should have a price for SC, plus, a price for them keeping the Liard shares. It's like selling the Liard shares to Teck upon delivery of the BFS. So IMO, there should be a discounted price for the Liard shares for Teck to keep them of maybe $5 per share plus a price of $3.00 for SC which = $8.00. Am I crazy? Am I the only one thinking this way?
