That is a good point- a delay in production is a delay in profits.

Imperial is a long way into development with Red Chris. I don't think Teck will feel they need to wait for the power to be turned on to start development.

Copper Fox has lots of good qualities if Teck insisted that the BFS was not suitable. (not that anyone here has suggested that they are going to). The extra claims that Teck is not part of, the port space that could be owned by CUU2 ( if needed) and the reserved space on the NTL. All are in CUU's control and could be Teck's if things go smooth. Which they surely will.
