I have read it and do understand it.

It says that if we have a positive feasibility under 5.5(b)(ii) i.e. NPV at 8%, but not 5.5(b)(i) i.e. NPV at 12%-- then Teck may elect, in its sole discretion to deem the report to be a positive bankable feasibility study. If Teck doesn't give any notice whether any option is deemed bankable within the 30 days then 5.5(b)(ii) or NPV 8%, will be considered bankable.

We haven't yet met the requirements. That is why the clock has not started and why the Liard shares have not been transferred.
