Metacomet, that is what I was hoping to hear!

That would definately give me some comfort knowing that if Teck trys to play hardball then we get to keep the property and do with it as we please.

THAT adds some arrows to our quiver if needed and definately will keep the game fair. They shouldn't be able to lord the acceptance of the FS over our heads.
