CT, I agree.
However, even if you assume the 75%. If Teck plays hardball and we sell our portion of 25% of the project to another. Then thats a huge initial loss on a project going forward. When Teck has the chance to own everything outright now and control who to partner with. But I believe Teck has mitigated that chance of losing those shares early due to the fact that Elmer was placed on the board. Thus, Elmer is playing very NICE with them.
