Hate to continue this irritating thread, but since there have been dozens of posts trying to divine the intent of the agreement, and since the intent for legal puposes, is usually defined as what the parties intended, and since a primary witness, in the event it should go that far would be Salazar, i sorta thought his take would be of interest
