CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Met, Teck has the right, at their sole discretion, to accept or reject the FS as bankable. they have 30 days to do it.
If we had to take them to court and try to prove the intent of the contract or the implicit approval because of their participation, it would take years. I don't have years and you may not either. who knows.
Much better to accomodate them now and work our way into the drivers seat. That way there is a pathway to a conclusion.
I want to see this done in a successful way, in a reasonable timeframe.......chunky
