I have never heard Elmer saying that the original Salazar agreement was not legaly "enforcable". I will have to hear it from the horses mouth to blieve it. What Elmer did conclude, and I think said on a number of occasions, is was that the elusive 4 year clause "may not" be easily enforcable considering the current legal climate where suing seems to be the way of life. I do not think we need luck with this play, but I do agree we need time and I do feel for those that do not have that luxury.
