I don't understand why you're against criticizing management. Even if I couldn't do a better job myself, that doesn't mean they're not supposed to still be up for scrutiny. If I think X should happen, and they're several steps below that...than they should be called out on that. Especially if when I say I have X expectation, they don't say something about that expectation. "I expect we'll still have a negative cost, or negligible cost under a quarter given we had -32cents in the PFS and BMO shows us having -4 cents." That expectation had nothing to do with pumpers or anyone on this board. It was them that led us astray. "I expect we'll be done at X, given that their last news release said so. Maybe a bit earlier since they were late on the last deadline that they SET THEMSELVES". Nope, several missed deadlines that were self-imposed. God awful time management and no updates to shareholders until ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to (Have to submit to SEDAR, days haven't started for example - forget about the actual "completion" of the BFS).

I like the deposit. Management is okay. But in the hands of someone else, this would have gone a lot further. Elmer may be a good geologist, but at the end of the day - I'm not really sure how you can say he's a good CEO. We can blame the macroeconomic picture for the SP, but the only reason we're in this macroeconmic climate is BECAUSE management FAILED to hit deadlines and get us sold before the venture crashed. They didn't get the BFS done in time to avoid it. I held because I always thought "O management, said they'd get it done, and they'd get X done" and thought even if the sector was going down - we'd go against the tide. Nope, especially if management doesn't add enough steam to go the other way. That's my fault, but it comes because I trusted what management said.

It's rare that you pick the one that goes against the grain.
