This is how I see it. They have options expiring in July and September.

Whether they are black out or not, Hector and Elmer chose to buy now which tells me that these options will expire and they cannot extend them in July and September.

Prospekt is right, lets see if other insiders are going to follow. It'll be interesting.

I find Hector buying is interesting as he's our legal advisor and we are negotiating, he will me present.
